Workplace specialist completes contract on new Bath scheme

Workplace fit out and company Interaction has created new modern offices for a specialist HR consultancy and software company in Bath.
The work took place following an acquisition by risk management services group Alcumus.
SafeHR, formerly Citrus HR, employs about 40 people in Bath and provides expert HR and employment compliance support and software to thousands of small and medium-sized businesses.
The firm, now part of Cardiff-based Alcumus SafeContractor, a division of Alcumus, has moved into new offices in St James House, The Square.
The new workplace has been designed by Interaction to foster a collaborative working culture.
The 4,000sq ft office spans the entire first floor and features a mix of flexible spaces for different work styles, including group working areas and private meeting rooms.
The now SafeHR has undergone a major rebranding since becoming part of Alcumus and its corporate blue colours are subtly reflected throughout the new workplace.
Gemma Archibald, chief executive of Alcumus, SafeContractor division, said: “We are delighted with our new office in Bath. It’s such a vibrant and modern office which allows our teams to work collaboratively. Interaction were great to work with, project managing the office refit to a high standard.”
Interaction’s Liesl Wherry, who was the lead designer on the SafeHR project, said: “Alcumus is on a mission to create safer workplaces and help businesses manage their people more effectively.
“We are delighted to have delivered this collaborative workplace solution for its HR business which showcases perfectly the firm’s people-centric approach to work.”
