Housebuilder granted planning permission for Wiltshire scheme
Housebuilder Redrow has been granted planning permission for a new development in Wiltshire.
Work is set to start on the 2.7-acre Elm Grove scheme in Trowbridge after planning permission was approved.
Elm Grove will include 247 private and affordable homes, including one, two, three and four-bedroom properties.
Construction is due to begin at the start of next year with the homes due go on sale in summer next year.
Investment of more than £1.8m will also be made to the local community as part of the planning agreement.
Funds will support improvements to public transport links, health care and education.
