Vehicle and asset finance provider drives in to Bristol

Ignition, a provider of vehicle and asset finance for UK SMEs, is welcoming Bristol-based Dan Liddeatt to its growing team as business development manager.
His appointment expands Ignition’s offering in Bristol as the company continues its growth drive across the South West and beyond from its headquarters in Truro.
Liddeatt brings a wealth of experience having previously worked at Close Brothers and PMG Services.
He will further bolster the team at Ignition, which offers finance for a wide range of assets from plant and machinery to vehicles and business equipment, either using its own funds or via joint trading relationships with a panel of major finance houses.
Liddeatt will be looking to generate new business leads across Bristol and the surrounding area, focussing on asset finance for SMEs across all sectors, while also drawing on his wider business interests to explore additional opportunities across the waste and recycling, sewerage and waste management and construction sectors.
He said: “I’m thrilled to be stepping into this new role during such an exciting time here in the southwest. I am deeply committed to supporting local businesses and organisations, and being based in Bristol offers me an excellent opportunity to continue this cause. Ignition adopts a holistic approach to funding and places great emphasis on delivering excellent customer outcomes. This was a pivotal factor that drove my decision to join the team, and I am eager to expand my customer base and establish myself as their trusted partner.”
Ignition’s associate director Nicola Hambly said: “Dan is a welcome addition to the team and is a great fit for Ignition. His ability to build strong relationships with customers, introducers and brokers aligns with the core values of the Ignition team and will further strengthen our skilled and committed workforce.”
