Developer gets green light for business park expansion

Summerfield Commercial has secured planning permission for 16 units at a 40-acre mixed-use business park in Wellington, Somerset.

The units on Plot 19 at Westpark 26 range from 1,750 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft and offer opportunities for new or expanding businesses.

The new units could be suitable for a range of uses.

Many businesses have already chosen Westpark 26 as a base for their business ranging from distribution, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing centres, trade counters and offices.

It has a Travelodge, gym, pub, and petrol filling station with a Budgens convenience store as well as restaurants and drive-throughs.
