Senior hire for legal and financial planning firm
South West legal and financial planning firm Mogers Drewett has appointed Leslie Redwood as head of marketing and business development.
Redwood has more than 20 years experience in business development and building strategic partnerships in the financial services and charity sectors, both regionally and nationally.
In his new role, he will be responsible for driving growth across Mogers Drewett’s offices in Bath, Wells, Sherborne and Frome, and developing the firm’s specialist legal and financial services.
He was previously head of charities business development at RBC Brewin Dolphin, which is one of the UK’s largest charity investment managers. There he worked with charities across the country and managed ten specialist teams providing tailored investment solutions to the third sector.
Prior to this, he had a national leadership role at Citizens Advice in London where he spearheaded marketing and business development strategies across more than 250 offices. He was also CEO of Citizens Advice in Bath and North East Somerset where he led staff and volunteers through the Covid pandemic to raise the charity’s revenue by 50%.
