Second phase of Devon development starts

Work is underway on 75 homes in Winkleigh after regional housebuilder Allison Homes South West started on site.

This marks the start of construction for the second phase of High Moor View, the first phase of the development was completed earlier this year.

Shaune Hicks, operations director at Allison Homes South West, said: “We’re excited to have officially started work on Phase two of our High Moor View development. Following the success of Phase One, where the homes proved to be extremely popular, we expect Phase Two to generate a similar level of interest.
