Second phase of £150m property scheme launched

Rangeford scheme

Property specialist Rangeford Villages has launched the second phase of a scheme in Gloucestershire.

Siddington Park – a development for the over 60s – is on the outskirts of Cotswold town Cirencester.

With 80 per cent of the first phase sold, the £150m residential development includes 123 contemporary one-to-three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 642 to 1,798 sq. ft.

Pairing modern, premium fittings with open plan layouts, spacious kitchens, and easy access walk-in showers, each property is designed with the needs of the over 60s in mind.

Residents benefit from highly energy-efficient home features such as underfloor heating and double-glazed bay windows.

Howard Nankivell, chief executive of Rangeford Villages said: “We are extremely proud to see the second phase of the village brilliantly delivered in line with schedule and are excited to introduce Rangeford’s coveted future proof living solution to a highly sought-after location like Cirencester.

“Our launch event was a huge success, and we look forward to welcoming new faces to join our friendly community at Siddington Park.”

Situated on a former 12-acre parkland site, the grounds feature landscaped gardens, spacious outdoor seating areas, a boule court, and raised beds and allotments for residents interested in gardening.

The pet-friendly village also provides dog-walking trails and green space to encourage an active life for seniors.

Due for completion in late spring this year, the Pavilion Bistro, Bar and Lounge with outdoor terrace forms a social hub.

Amenities include an indoor pool, gym and dance studio, cinema room, hair and beauty salon to a village spa equipped with hydro pool, sauna and treatment rooms.
