Law firm relocates to flagship Bristol city centre building
Legal services firm Knights has moved into a premium office in the EQ Building – Bristol city centre’s landmark development on Victoria Street.
Complete with state-of-the-art facilities and technology, and with capacity for around 60 people, Knights’ says its relocation into the heart of the city is a significant investment in its Bristol team.
Knights has grown significantly over recent years across the South West with professionals working collaboratively across offices in Cheltenham, Bristol and Exeter as part of a wider national team of more than 1,000 professionals in 26 locations.
Since arriving in the city last year, Knights has added several new partners to its team including specialists in construction, intellectual property and business immigration with more recruits set to join the team.
James Christacos, client services director at Knights, said: “Moving to EQ makes us more accessible by bringing our people closer to clients in the heart of the city. It’s a really big step in our growth.
“We are investing in our people as we grow across the South West. Our new office at EQ provides us with a fantastic base from which to deliver our comprehensive range of business and private wealth services and will help us to attract the best and most ambitious professionals.”
The move coincides with a period of growth for the business, with 26 partners joining the team so far this year and revenues reaching £150m.
In Bristol, emerging talent has been rewarded this year, with associate Jennifer Windsor among 61 recent promotions, paralegal Abigail Harding among 35 new trainees and Sam Manning among Knights’ newly-qualified solicitors.
