Law firm adds to planning team with senior hire
Bournemouth headquartered law firm Lester Aldridge has recruited Sabah Siddiq to its Planning & Environment team as a senior associate.
She brings extensive experience in planning and environmental law, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Siddiq advises and negotiates on complex s106 agreements, nutrient mitigation agreements, highway agreements, and Biodiversity Net Gain, as well as matters involving the Community Infrastructure Levy, judicial reviews, planning statutory appeals, listed buildings, and planning enforcement.
She said: “I am delighted to have joined Lester Aldridge’s Planning and Environment team as a Senior Associate solicitor and progress my career in planning with the firm. I look forward to working with the team and taking on new challenges.”
