Bishop Fleming reveals annual promotion round
Bishop Fleming has announced its latest round of promotions as the firm continues its growth drive across the South West and West Midlands.
The audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory firm has promoted nearly 30 people into new management roles across its four service lines, as well as a larger group of junior promotions.
The firm has recorded another year of double-digit growth with revenue reaching £43.1m in 2024.
The firm’s most senior promotion in the round was Freya Ronayne, who is now audit director.
She said: “Since joining as a school leaver trainee, the firm has proactively invested time and effort in developing me and the wider team, and reaching this milestone in my career is a testament to the firm’s ongoing commitment to our school leaver training programme.”
Joe Scaife, Bishop Fleming’s head of audit, added: “We have delivered audit growth of between 23-30% in each of the last three years, totalling almost 100% and we’re well on track for similar results this year too. This round of promotions – together with our record-breaking number of apprentices that joined in September will support that ongoing growth drive.”
