Home security and fire safety specialist signs up to Bristol offices

ADT Fire and Security has signed up to Bristol’s West Point Row office scheme.

Burston Cook working jointly with Colliers on behalf of the landlord, Southdowns Westpoint Row, secured the company as a new tenant for the ground floor (2,354 sq. ft) of Unit 1.

ADT Fire and Security has signed a five-year lease, relocating from Aztec West.

Finola Ingham, director at Burston Cook, shared, “It is great to welcome ADT Fire & Security as a tenant at West Point Row. The company’s move reflects the quality of the space and the advantages of being in such a well-connected location.

James Preece, director at Colliers added: “West Point Row offers excellent office accommodation at a rental level that is extremely cost effective for the specification. The last remaining office will not be available for very long.”
