Housebuilder moves into final phase of Cheltenham scheme
Spitfire Homes has begun selling properties on the third and final phase at Fairmont, a collection of 215 design-led homes in Bishop’s Cleeve.
Spitfire says it has experienced continued high demand in its selection of properties at Fairmont and with the final homes remaining on Phase Two, Spitfire has launched a range of two- to four-bedroom properties on Phase Three which will be ready to move into from December this year.
Matt Vincent, operations director at Spitfire Homes, said: “We have built a strong reputation in the region for delivering quality, sustainable homes that are flexible to suit a variety of lifestyles. Whether it’s first-time buyers, families, or downsizers, our design-led approach and hand-selected materials and finishes are proving popular with those looking for stylish homes.
“We’re extremely pleased that the collection of new homes at Fairmont has been so well received with buyers, and with the first homes on Phase Three set to be ready for occupation this year, we’re encouraging prospective purchasers to come and explore what we have on offer.”
Lucy Jordan at Hayman-Joyce Broadway, the selling agent at Fairmont, added: “We’ve seen a more positive outlook in the housing market this year and we fully expect this renewed confidence to continue as inflation remains under control and interest rates start to fall.
“All properties at Fairmont combine timeless exterior styling with sleek and contemporary interiors, but they’re extremely energy efficient too which has helped position Spitfire as one of the leading housebuilders in the region. Bishop’s Cleeve also boasts an ideal location on the edge of the Cotswolds, right on the doorstep of some of the best natural landscape in the country, which is another huge selling point for prospective buyers.”
In delivering Fairmont, Spitfire Homes is contributing more than £7m to the Bishop’s Cleeve community.
