Refurb of two floors at prominent Bristol office building complete

Floors 5 and 9 at One Redcliff, one of Bristol’s most prominent office buildings, have recently undergone a full refurbishment by the landlord Schroders and are now available for lease.

Each floor offers 10,250 sq ft of flexible workspace with exposed services, complete with four dedicated parking spaces per floor.

The 15-storey landmark building offers modern, open-plan floorplates and additional key features include secure basement car parking, extensive cycle parking, showers, lockers, drying machines and round-the-clock security.

Other existing occupiers in the building include TLT solicitors, Hewlett Packard and Aon.

The appointed agents are Colliers and Morton Property Consultants.
