HCR Law adds to partner line-up
HCR Law has announced that Rachel Gwynne has joined the firm as a partner and head of charities and Not-for-Profit.
With over 20 years of experience in the legal sector, she was most recently a partner at a national UK law firm and is widely recognised as an expert in charity law.
HCR’s Charities and Not-for-Profit team works with over 400 organisations across England and Wales.
Gwynne’s specialisms include advising clients on governance issues, corporate restructuring, mergers, collaborative working arrangements and regulatory compliance.
