HR firm expands with Bristol office launch

Clover HR has announced the opening of a new office in Bristol as part of its strategic growth plans for 2025.

The company said the expansion comes in response to increasing demand for tailored support in the region, as businesses seek flexible, forward-thinking HR solutions to navigate the evolving workplace landscape.

The new office, located at The Old Stock Exchange, St Nicholas Street, will provide a range of services, including consultancy, recruitment, employee engagement, training, and bespoke solutions.

Michael Doolin, CEO of Clover HR, said: “The decision to expand into Bristol marks an exciting milestone in our journey. We’re seeing an increasing need for HR services that are adaptable to the specific challenges businesses face and we see Bristol as a key location to offer our trusted knowledge and sound advice.

“At Clover, we believe that people are at the heart of every successful business and our expansion here will allow us to support more businesses in developing their people strategies, improving employee wellbeing, and creating workplaces that foster trust, respect, and innovation.”

“Bristol has long been recognised as a city for innovation and entrepreneurship, with a growing number of small and medium-sized organisations emerging across so many brilliant sectors. However, many face challenges in managing their HR functions effectively, particularly in navigating complex employee relations, compliance, and talent development.

“We know that HR is not one-size-fits-all. Every business is different, and our approach reflects that,” said Mr. Doolin. “Our aim is to help more organisations not only comply with regulations but also build a culture of support, fairness, and development. Whether it’s supporting leadership teams, fostering employee engagement, or implementing effective systems, we’re here to help businesses grow with confidence.”

The company has offices in Birmingham, London, Cardiff, Manchester and Worcester.
