Law firm announces new managing partner

Law firm Lester Aldridge, which has offices in Bournemouth, Southampton and London, has appointed Tom Alder as managing partner.

Alder is currently head of the real estate development team.

He has been with Lester Aldridge since 2005, when he joined as a trainee.
