Space at refurbished Van Heusen shirt factory suits recruitment company
The former Van Heusen shirt factory in Taunton, which has been refurbished into offices, has signed up its latest tenant.
South-west developer Summerfield Commercial has welcomed Just Dynamic Recruitment (JDR) to Viney Court.
Viney Court is next to Victoria House, also owned by Summerfield, which offers a Hub Café and conference rooms.
Daniel Green from JDR, who oversees the region, said: “Moving into our new suite at Viney Court marks an exciting milestone for us. For Summerfield, property and development surveyor, Chris Holyday, said: “It is great to welcome JDR to our diverse business community at Victoria House and Viney Court and we wish them every success.
“Our office spaces here are close to the town centre with onsite parking. Suites are available in various sizes with flexible lease terms and while occupancy is currently high, we do have a few suites remaining.”
