Deadline for South West Leadership Awards extended

There’s now more time to enter TheBusinessDesk.com’s South West Leadership Awards, the only scheme of its kind showcasing the region’s outstanding business leaders.

Following a flurry of entries late last week, we’ve extended the deadline for submissions to Thursday 17 April.

Now in their second year, the coveted awards offer a unique opportunity to champion the achievements and success of the leading business individuals across the South West.

The 2024 South West Leadership Awards winners

TheBusinessDesk.com created the South West Leadership Awards to celebrate the role models within their organisations and raise the bar for their competitors.

The awards also demonstrate the rich seam of talent within the region, as shown by last year’s winners.

These individuals not only demonstrated the best qualities of extraordinary leadership but also the positive impact this can have.

Entrants don’t have to be a CEO to be a leader – the awards were created to showcase the people who are role models within their organisations

The 21 categories have been designed to reflect the wide leadership pool across the region – from young leaders to those at the helm of its largest organisations, along with inspirational leaders from sectors spanning manufacturing, property and hospitality.

Now is the time to submit your free entry ahead of the deadline this Friday, 11 April.

Two of last year’s winners – arts consultant and former Bristol Beacon chief executive Louise Mitchell and Ed Rowberry, the founding chief executive of impact investor BBRC – will be joined the Lord-Lieutenant of Bristol, Peaches Golding.

The winners will be revealed at a high-profile awards dinner on 17 July at the Harbour Hotel, Bristol, pictured.
