Software firm gains B Corp certification

Bristol software company Rock Solid Knowledge has gained B corp certification, which it says demonstrates its commitment to reducing its environmental impact and operating for the benefit of employees, customers and communities.

Directors Richard Blewett and Andy Clymer say that they see the benefits of B Corp status for attracting like-minded clients and employees and to encourage and maintain a positive company culture, which benefits and influences other organisations.

Tegen Eve, HR manager at Rock Solid Knowledge, led the certification process and said: “We’re focused on creating a positive impact for our employees and the communities we’re based in.

“In Bristol, there’s a growing movement looking at how we can do better as a business collective, and I believe the B Corp movement plays a key part in that change.”
