Business park in Bristol is almost fully let

Only three units remain at a business park in Bristol.

West Point Row, which is close to the Almondsbury interchange, is being marketed by Colliers and joint-agent Burston Cook.

The agents have been appointed by Southdowns Westpoint Row to market an additional completely self-contained 4,574 sq ft of office space in Unit 2 in West Point Row, located just off Great Park Road in Bradley Stroke.

Unit 2 is being offered at only £12.50 per sq ft per annum exclusive and benefits from 22 parking spaces.
