Manufacturer secures 10-year lease for 44,000 sq ft unit in Poole

Poole Bay Holdings Management Ltd has secured a 10-year lease for a 44,151 sq ft industrial unit with first-floor offices at  Tower Park in Poole.

Poole Bay Holdings is an online and catalogue marketer and manufacturer, who oversees multiple brands and websites and has been in operation for 23 years, employing over 200 staff.

Acting on behalf of the private landlord, property consultancy Vail Williams facilitated this transaction.
