DTZ announces tie up with Baltic Property Expert

REAL estate services firm DTZ, which employs 250 people at its Birmingham operation, has announced a new affiliate arrangement with Baltic Property Expert.
The deal is aimed at offering real estate services to DTZ clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
It will be named DTZ Baltic and begin operating immediately.
Baltic Property Expert, which was established in 1993 and employs 50 people, operates throughout the Baltic States.
It offers advisory services encompassing investment agency, leasing, valuation, property management consultancy and project management.
Menno Maas, chief executive of DTZ in Central Europe, Middle East and Africa, said: “The establishment of DTZ Baltic will ensure that we can expand our operations into this strategically significant region.
“The strength of the region’s export market and solid economic growth forecasts make it a valuable addition to our CEMEA business.”
