Gymnastics company limbers up for growth with new premises

St. Modwen has completed a deal to bring a local gymnastics company to its business park in Worcester.

Occupying an 8,000 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease at Shrub Hill Industrial Estate, Flics Gymnastics expects to open to the public this month.

Gemma Butler, asset manager at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, said: “St. Modwen continues to provide flexible and diverse industrial space for a variety of companies, Flics Gymnastics joining the site at Shrub Hill is testament to this. This uptake of space at Shrub Hill shows the confidence which local businesses have on the site. ”

Frances Hall, director at Flics Gymnastics, added:: “Our new home at Shrub Hill will support our growth plans as a company and we are looking forward to moving in once the fit-out is complete in early 2020. The new space will provide us with a high-quality space for our students and we hope this will help us to expand the number of prospective students interested in taking part in gymnastics.”

Lauren Allcoat, agent at Fisher German, added: “St. Modwen provides a wide variety of spaces meaning they are able to attract lots of different businesses and accommodate all business needs, this has been proven by Shrub Hill’s popularity with occupiers.”
