Green light for Staffordshire housing scheme

Miller Homes West Midlands has been given the green light to build 65 new homes at its Keepers Field development in Codsall.

The approved plans will see Miller Homes bring a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, including 26 affordable homes, to the new site.

There will also be a handful of two-bedroom bungalow homes available.

Martyn Grimes, operations director at Miller Homes West Midlands, said: “Codsall is a popular location for house buyers for a number of reasons – it might be a large village, but it still maintains its strong sense of community.

“Along with its fantastic schools, the village is a sought-after location for its artisan cafés, parks and green spaces, and excellent transport links to nearby Wolverhampton and the M54.”
