Refurb of 11 storey landmark building completes

A major refurbishment programme by FI Real Estate Management has been unveiled at Friars House in Coventry city centre.

Friars House is a landmark 11-storey building situated on Manor House Drive on the edge of the new Friargate business district.

The refurbished space offers Grade A accommodation, air conditioning, raised floors and panoramic views of the city centre.

There is currently 13,760 sq ft of quality office space available across floors three and five at the property. Each floor can provide suites from 3,218 sq ft to 6,880 sq ft.
