Contracts exchanged for proposed residential scheme

SevenHomes has exchanged contracts to acquire a residential site in Bagington, Warwick.

Situated on land off Rosswood Farm on Coventry Road, the proposed development will deliver around 60 new homes, 40% of which are earmarked as affordable.

An outline planning application for the 5.4-acre development site, which is expected to deliver an estimated GDV of £18m, will be submitted to Warwick District Council.
