Plans revealed for 66-home scheme in Warwickshire

SevenHomes has submitted a planning application to Warwick District Council to build 66 houses in Baginton.

The new development, named Sowefields, will feature a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes.

The scheme would be situated on land off Rosswood Farm on Coventry Road on a 5.4-acre site.
