Relocation for recruitment company
A recruitment firm has relocated to offices in central Worcester.
Hewett Recruitment is now based at The Avenue which is situated in the heart of Worcester city centre, close to both Worcester Foregate Street and Worcester bus station.
The accommodation comprises open plan offices, a boardroom and meeting room and is part of a popular commercial development.
Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s director of commercial agency, negotiated the 18 month lease.
He said: “Worcester remains an attractive business location and unlike other cities, it has retained a strong community atmosphere. The city centre has proved popular with companies wishing to maintain a high street presence at a time when it has been more difficult to get in front of people.”
Ben Mannion, director at Hewett Recruitment, said: “The Avenue is perfect for our needs in that we have sufficient offices for staff and can make the meeting space available to our clients. Our central location makes commuting easier for everyone and we enjoy being part of the city’s business community. We’d like to thank GJS Dillon for their negotiations and support with the move.”
GJS Dillon has been instructed to let additional office accommodation in the same building. The 365 sq ft open plan office has a further meeting room located off the main office space.
