Half of Birmingham apartment block sold before completion

Chapmans Yard is a new 111-apartment residential development in Birmingham’s B1 district, with 50% of its apartments already sold off-plan.
The project is set to be completed by Summer 2025, with Knight Frank appointed as the selling agent.
The development will include a mix of one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and five duplex units.
Residents will also have access to a range of amenities, including a residents’ lounge, two communal courtyards, and a 2,200 sq ft roof garden.
It is surrounded by landmarks like The Mailbox, The Cube, and Centenary Square.
