A freehold development site in Rugby town centre, with planning permission for 122 apartments, is available for £2.2m.

The 1.48-acre site has full planning permission for 122 apartments spread over three, four, and five storeys, alongside 73 car parking spaces.

Watling Real Estate is handling the sale.

The approved plans include 57 one-bedroom and 65 two-bedroom apartments, arranged in a single L-shaped building with a frontage on Newbold Road and Wood Street.
