Melrose sets $100m fund for chemical incident ahead of California plant reopening

Birmingham-headquartered Melrose Industries has announced a $100m claims programme for residents and businesses affected by an incident at GKN Aerospace's Garden Grove facility in California, alongside confirmation that the site will resume full manufacturing on 28 September.
