Warwick firm brings property sector up to speed with new technology

A WARWICK-based asset management company is bringing the property sector up to speed with the development of its advanced data technology.

Assured Property Group was established by brothers Simon and Paul Davis in late 2010 and provides complete asset management and development solutions to clients across the UK.

The company’s Nimbus Property System offers detailed data analysis and processing, which further enables real time transparent collaboration and project monitoring.

And now the firm hopes to further develop its specialist IT technology after moving into office space at the University of Warwick Science Park’s Warwick Innovation Centre on Gallows Hill.

Simon Davis said: “We have really tried to embrace technology in what is seen as a more traditional industry.

“In a single click of a button we are now able to access large amounts of detailed information, which enables us to efficiently appraise and asset manage individual sites and large portfolios to the highest standards and detail.

“That includes a wide range of information such as the demographics of the population in a particular area or residential and commercial property values. This information can then be accessed through a web based portal, allowing clients to discover new opportunities that are available.”

Assured Property Group is hoping to recruit a number of students from the University of Warwick to assist its team to develop a number of specific projects over the coming year.

Karen Aston, centre manager at the Warwick Innovation Centre, said: “Assured Property Group offer a unique service in the property asset management industry and its move will no doubt provide them with the environment they need to further advance their company.

“Simon and Paul have a great deal of knowledge and experience and I am sure this opportunity will see Assured Property Group become a major player in promoting the use of technology within the property sector.”
