BAM lands second letting in a week at Solihull’s FORE scheme

BAM Properties has made its second letting inside a few days at the Solihull business park FORE.
 
BAM – via agent CBRE – has let the 10,484 sq ft first floor of FORE 2 to eTech, a provider of hand held survey applications. The lease runs for ten years at a rent of £21 per sq ft. eTech will be relocating from its current premises in neighbouring Blythe Valley Business Park.
 
Last week, BAM let the whole of FORE 1 – around 26,500 sq ft – to UTC Aerospace Systems at the same rate.
 
The ground floor beneath eTech was taken last year by BAM’s construction and facilities management companies while, also in 2013, BAM let the whole of the top floor at FORE 2 to steelwork supplier Arcelor Mittal.
