Clugston launches new West Midlands office

CLUGSTON Construction has opened a new West Midlands office in Bromsgrove to support both existing and new customers in the region.

The decision to put down permanent roots follows a review by the company and its confidence in the West Midlands construction market.

Part of the Clugston Group, which was established 77 years ago by the present Chairman’s father, Clugston Construction has experience in the education, health, commercial, industrial and retail construction sectors.

Danny Dawson, who was formerly a bid manager at fellow construction firm Wates, is heading up the operation as regional business manager, complemented by a mixture of existing Clugston employees and six new staff from the West Midlands.

Dawson said: “Clugston, with a reputation for building long-term relationships, has ambitious plans to develop a major presence in the area.

“We recognise what an important part the region has to play in the recovering UK economy.

“Our long-term vision and plan for the West Midlands is to facilitate growth and investment, as well as create jobs within the region.”
