Worcester consultancy appointed to market Birmingham office building

WORCESTERSHIRE commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has been appointed to market the freehold of a large multi-let office complex in Birmingham.

Cambrai Court is an 8,806 sq ft office complex on Stratford Road, Hall Green, where 67% of the space is let on traditional formal business lease arrangements, with the remain third occupied on a semi-serviced office basis.  

Presently more than 95% of the space is let and offers of £1,950,000 are being sought, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.28%.
