Firm on right track with new fleet

Pallet-Track has purchased 40 forklift trucks to operate at its 267,000 sq ft depot which the firm hopes will improve low carbon emissions, fuel savings and reduce noise.

The business was set up in 2002 by Black Country businessmen Nigel Parkes and Carl Jones and it now employs 70 people.

“Since our formative days we have been able to strategically plan the growth of the company through investment in people, information technology, forklift trucks and our new premises.”

Funding for the expansion was provided by Barclays Corporate Finance.

Relationship director Mike Corcoran added: “I am delighted that we have been able to support them with the financing of the new trucks, which will assist the company achieve its future growth plans.”
