New game for Johnson Fellows

BIRMINGHAM-based chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows has won a contract to manage the sub-let portfolio of 20 properties operated by Talarius.

The firm, headquartered in Milton Keynes, runs approximately 180 gaming arcades under the Quicksilver brand and 10,000 stand-alone gaming machines.

It is owned by Tatts Group which is one of the biggest gaming companies in Australia.

Johnson Fellows will be managing rents, service charge collection, lease renewal, full asset management and looking at further investment opportunities for Talarius.

Angela Meisterics, associate partner in the property management department at Johnson Fellows, said: “This is a significant contract and one that we are delighted to have secured.

“We have a lot of experience in this sector through our longstanding relationship with Shipleys Amusements and we began working with Talarius when they acquired a number of Shipleys Amusements centres.

“It is a great instruction for Johnson Fellows and we are excited at working alongside Talarius as it looks to expand its operations.”
