New agents appointed for 63 Church Street

Blue Marble Asset Management has appointed new agents to market a strategic office building in Birmingham city centre.

Blue Marble manages 63 Church Street on behalf of Antringham Developments and Pemberstone Group.

It has appointed KWB and LSH to market the remaining 7,200 sq ft of office space over two floors in the five-storey building.

Working with Antringham Developments, Blue Marble acquired 16,146 sq ft of prime office space at 57-63 Church Street and completely refurbished the Grade II listed building.
