Bromsgrove business park secures twin lettings

An architectural consultancy and a credit broker have relocated premises to Bromsgrove following two separate lease deals.

Cadsquare, an architectural, infrastructure and urban design consultancy, has moved the short distance from Norton to an 835 sq ft self-contained office at Greenbox, Westonhall Road, Stoke Prior.

The consultancy has acquired the long leasehold for the office in a deal worth £170,000.

Credit broker Blue Fish Partnership is relocating from Redditch to an 855 sq ft office on the same site after agreeing a two-year lease at an annual rent of £10,000.

Both deals were brokered by Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, firstly on behalf of a private client and secondly for a private landlord.

The Greenbox office park is a modern purpose-built development of smaller, self-contained office buildings, aimed at providing flexible space for occupiers. It is situated around three miles south of Bromsgrove town centre.

Mrs Green said: “Office space in and around Bromsgrove is increasingly sought after, as it is one of the most attractive business locations in Worcestershire. It’s notable that both new occupiers are relocating to Bromsgrove from elsewhere in the county.”
