Expansion for estate agency sees new Warwickshire hub

Loveitts

A Midlands estate agency has expanded its presence in the region with the opening of a new office.

The move sees Loveitts relocate to larger premises in Nuneaton. The new office will serve as its North Warwickshire hub.

Loveitts said the decision to move to a bigger office came at a time when demand for services was at an all-time high.

The firm said contributory factors included a rentals boom which has seen a wealth of new build properties, increasing job opportunities, top-rate schools and strong transport links.

It added investments such as the £6m expansion of facilities at the HORIBA MIRA technology park, plus the Virgin train service to London, and Nuneaton’s rapid expansion coupled with its affordable living costs meant the increasing demand for rental properties in the town was far outstripping supply.

The increased demand for rentals has also led to the firm appointing Linda Brannen, who brings her 16 years of lettings experience in the town to the business.

Employing a team of seven, the move to new premises is expected to create new job opportunities within the business. The firm has already recruited a new apprentice, Lauren O’Donnell.

The expansion forms part of an ongoing programme of investment by Loveitts which has seen the launch of The Loveitts Collection (TLC), the refurbishment of its Leamington office, the appointment of the new board and a number of other initiatives.

John Pugh, director of Loveitts, said: “Loveitts has always had a prominent presence in North Warwickshire and the new office will allow us to further expand and develop our offering to meet increasing demand.”
