Workspace provider invests £4.6m to grow West Midlands portfolio

Zenith House

Flexible workspace provider BizSpace has expanded its UK network of offices with a £4.6m investment in the West Midlands.

The company has acquired Zenith House in Solihull with the intention of fully refurbishing the 23,749 sq ft of space to provide modern semi-serviced offices, ranging from 160 sq ft to 580 sq ft. The building will also feature meeting rooms, communal spaces, high-speed broadband, telecoms and utilities.

Zenith House, which is around two miles from Solihull town centre, is situated in an established commercial area close to Tesco and Sainsbury’s supermarkets, a David Lloyd centre, Virgin Active, Village Hotel and Sears Retail Park.

This latest acquisition brings BizSpace’s total number of flexible workspace sites in the Midlands to 17.

Emma Long, commercial director, BizSpace, said: “We’re delighted to announce the addition of Zenith House to our expanding Midlands portfolio. Solihull is a prime spot for businesses, ranked in the top ten for business locations in the UK.

“Zenith House is superbly located and, as well as being a strong strategic fit for our business, complements our existing assets in the region.”

Following refurbishment of the site, Zenith House is due to open later in the summer.
