Housebuilder agrees 10-year lease on new Midlands HQ

National housebuilder Miller Homes has chosen Whittington Hall in Worcester as the new base for its South Midlands operation.

The company said it had chosen the location because of its proximity to Junction 7 of the M5 and major road networks, together with the quality of the accommodation and its working environment.

Blue Marble Asset Management, acting on behalf of the Pemberstone Partnership, agreed the let for 7,813 sq ft of fully refurbished, grade A, premium office accommodation.

Miller Homes has agreed a 10-year lease based on a quoting rent of £16.25psf.

Edd Stanton, Blue Marble’s senior asset manager, said: “Few office locations can match the accessibility and attractive country park surroundings which Whittington Hall has to offer. Add this to outstanding office accommodation and excellent tenant service, and it’s no wonder Miller Homes chose it.”
