Bulleys secure tenant in expansion deal
Bulleys, the commercial property specialists, have attracted Interact Recruitment Services to take office space on the Coneygre Industrial Estate in Tipton.
Interact is a fast growing recruitment business, specialising in supplying labour, on a temporary or permanent basis, for the industrial sector, and bigger premises will allow them to double their workforce as their business continues to grow.
Dawn Clough, operations director at Interact Recruitment Solutions said: “We have seen plenty of new business in recent months with our industrial clients increasingly wanting us to find both temporary and permanent staff for their changing requirements. We have moved primarily to accommodate our expansion, but we are also pleased to be based on an industrial estate which is the ideal setting for what we do, helping us to market our brand to the wider industrial marketplace.”
The deal was handled by Bulleys’ Oldbury office, whose Angela Holland said: ” We are really pleased to have found the right place for Interact’s expansion.Not only is the site bigger than their former office, but it is also based in a far more relevant environment for what is an industrial recruitment specialist.”
Interact is moving from its current location in Dudley to the Tipton site, which is owned by Thomas Dudley Group (Developments Division), which is marketed and managed by Bulleys.
