Dawn Cox, Harris Lamb

Property consultancy Harris Lamb has bolstered its management team with the appointment of an experienced surveyor to assist with its expanding workload.

The twelve-strong team has welcomed Dawn Cox, who joins the business from JLL, where she spent 13 years.

Nicola Fagan, associate director, KWB

Birmingham-based independent commercial property agency KWB has strengthened its residential property management team with the appointment of Nicola Fagan as associate director.

Fagan joins KWB from Centrick Property to help grow KWB’s portfolio of managed residential blocks and housebuilder developments. She is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and has more than 15 years’ experience in residential property management in Birmingham.

John Bryce, director of KWB Group, said: “Nicola brings vast experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and great energy to our residential management team.

“We have recently won some new key instructions, and Nicola will help us build on these and grow our residential property management service.”


Ben Gwilliam, Stoford

The construction team at commercial property developer Stoford Developments has been bolstered with the appointment of Ben Gwilliam as project manager.

Gwilliam, who brings 14 years’ experience of the property industry to the Birmingham-based company, will deliver projects from tender through to practical completion, and aftercare with the occupier.

Stoford joint managing director Matthew Burgin said: “Stoford has enjoyed a strong and sustained period of growth over the past few years and we continue to play a key role in the development of logistics and warehouse schemes across the country. Ben’s appointment bolsters the team further.”
