A refurbished industrial unit in Stourbridge with 16,500 sq ft of warehouse, storage or manufacturing space and 3,000 sq ft of office space has been brought to the market

Landlord Rushworth and Co has invested in a comprehensive refurbishment of Unit 1B Morgan Rushworth Industrial Estate in Lye, Stourbridge.

Morgan Rushworth Industrial Estate is located off the A458 Lye By-Pass, two and a half miles from Stourbridge town centre and from Junction 3 of the M5, and seven and half miles from Birmingham city centre.

With four cranes, a minimum eaves height of 6.28m and a high office content, according to letting agent Kenny Allan, Unit 1B will be “attractive to wide range of occupiers”.

Allan said: “There is a region-wide shortage of quality industrial units.  Unit 1B is a modernised, well located unit with good space and existing cranage to suit local industry, distribution or storage companies.  We expect strong interest.”
