Housing plans for Warwickshire village get green light

Planning permission has been secured and work is about to begin on the construction of new houses in the Warwickshire village of Tanworth-in-Arden.

Duchy Homes has been given the go-ahead from Stratford-on-Avon District Council to redevelop Cank Farm’s four-acre site with a housing scheme named St Mary’s Walk.

Situated on Well Lane in Tanworth-in-Arden, Duchy Homes is beginning construction of 19 homes ranging from four-bed and five-bed detached homes to a six-bedroom house design with a triple garage and the option to include a private paddock.
