Specialist employment and immigration law firm launches

A Birmingham employment lawyer has launched a specialist firm which aims to help make it easier for employers to manage and develop their staff.

Omer Simjee has set up Magma Legal Services which offers a suite of fixed price packages and specialist solutions designed to meet the needs of dynamic growing businesses.

Simjee has almost 15 years’ experience as a solicitor, specialising in employment and business immigration law.

Having previously worked with regional heavyweight firms such as Pinsent Masons and Irwin Mitchell, his experience includes acting for multi-national organisations, financial institutions, IT companies, recruitment agencies, facility management providers and manufacturing businesses.

He has particular expertise in TUPE, boardroom disputes, top-level executive exits and employment tribunals.
