Brew Twenty Three opens at Solihull business park’s neighbourhood centre

Brew Twenty Three has opened a new café at a Solihull business park called Blythe Valley Park (BVP).
The coffee store has taken a 1,000 sq ft unit within the neighbourhood centre managed by IM Land.
The move follows IM Properties’ sale of the business park portion of BVP to Frasers Property in 2021, with IM Land retaining the residential element.
The café, founded by Solihull’s Dayna Winter, has gained local popularity through its social media presence and regular events, like the Hot Girl Running Club.
Brew Twenty Three joins other retail spaces at BVP, designed to serve the 750 new homes built by Bloor Homes and Crest Nicholson.
Winter said: “We’re excited to be in Blythe Valley and feel very welcomed by the community. Being open seven days a week provides a destination for residents and our wider customer base to enjoy at their leisure.” The café serves coffee, juices, smoothies, and food, and also offers corporate catering.”
The neighbourhood centre, which also includes a Your Coop and two retail units, features an outdoor seating area and 48 apartments.
Richard Knight, UK Residential delivery director said: “We’re pleased to support Brew Twenty Three’s growth and their fresh approach to a healthy, community-focused lifestyle. The neighbourhood centre is the final piece of the puzzle, and Brew Twenty Three is the perfect addition.”
