Birmingham corporate finance specialist acquires Milan firm

Birmingham headquartered corporate finance specialist Clearwater International has acquired Milan-based Brera Financial Advisory.

Brera Financial Advisory has merged with the global mid-market mergers and acquisitions firm which now has 16 offices in nine countries.

The Italian business is led by four experienced partners and over the past 20 years, the Brera team has successfully concluded over 150 transactions in Italy and internationally through their work with entrepreneurs and private equity funds.
