Property developer announces senior promotions

Property developer HBD has announced a number of senior promotions across its business.

Justin Sheldon becomes director and head of its Midlands operation, while Vivienne Clements has been promoted to executive director, focusing on partnerships and strategic employment sites, and working across all seven offices.

Along with individual promotions, the developer has created a new Executive Board that will comprise Ed Hutchinson, executive directors Vivienne Clements, Hamer Boot and Adam Brady, and commercial finance Manager, Wayne Wearing.

Hutchinson, managing director of HBD, said: “We have announced a series of senior promotions across the UK, which is reflective of the talent and expertise within our business.

“Since we launched our Birmingham office in 2017, Justin has been central to building our development pipeline, while leading on some of our most high-profile schemes. I’ve no doubt he will excel in his new role.

“Vivienne is hugely experienced and well-respected within the market, with significant experience in delivering partnership projects – her new role allows all seven regions to benefit from her expertise as we target large-scale schemes across the UK.”

Along with its Birmingham office, HBD also has offices in Glasgow, Bristol, Manchester, London, Leeds and Sheffield.
